Cobble stones combine with red-hued Perkins soils to create a site where Cabernet Sauvignon vines reach deep beneath the surface for water and nutrients. Vines share the land with wildlife from surrounding hillsides.

Cornelius Grove is itself a diverse property in terms of geography, soils and sun exposure. With vines dating back 70 years and a patchwork of metamorphic, volcanic, and sedimentary rock formed over 150 million years of geological history, the site humbly reminds us of the scale of our work.

Heritage olive trees are a feature of all Grace Family vineyard sites. The mixed farming of grapes and olives contributes to biodiversity and is credited with reducing disease in vineyards.

The hallmarks of Cornelius Grove Cabernet Sauvignon are nuanced notes of red and blue fruit, including blueberries, cassis, macerated strawberry, and raspberry, seamlessly interwoven with dried aromatic herbs, forest, and floral notes. These notes are underpinned by a plush, round, gorgeously-balanced palate with a profile for graceful aging.
